Village Homes Setting Itself Up To Be Household Name in Arlington

In making its presence known in Arlington, Village Homes has compromised none of the qualities which are the cornerstones of its reputation including attributes of timeless craftsmanship, innovative living, and superior building practices. Built on the banks of the Trinity River, Viridian is a community in the truest sense and will be unlike any other in Arlington. Its amenities are distinguished by five pools, sport courts, multiple parks, green belts, and a non-motorized lake club. Viridian is a ten to fifteen year project and will start in the $450,000s.
Eden Village will be ready Jan 1, 2015. This is another small, gated community with incredible amenities such as a community park and tree-lined sidewalks. One of the most exciting aspects of Eden Village is that it will back up to Tierra Verde Golf Club, the worlds only Audubon Signature Sanctuary golf course. Certainly this will be a tight-knit community and will appeal to baby boomers and families who wish to have less yard but maintain the peace and tranquility that large green-spaces provide. The community will start in the $250,000s. There will be a wait list, and buyers are encouraged to get in as soon as possible. Eden Village has only forty lots in total and will sell quickly.
